Creating without pressure and perfection

How often do you create and then immediately critiqued yourself?

Or excessively edited your content before posting?

Perhaps you left a partially crafted project hidden in the closet?

We’ve been conditioned to believe that everything we create needs to be “perfect.”

How would it feel to create without pressure? To simply do it and then release? To give yourself the spaciousness to explore where your curiosity takes you?

As a journalist and marketing professional, I’ve written countless blogs for my clients in the past and have worked extensively behind the scenes with developing content for others for over 20 years, and yet, it’s a battle of wills when it comes to writing for myself publicly.

Just like any timeline shift, it’s a frequency match. This blog is an example of something organic and on the fly.

I’m not obsessing over details or even writing this ahead of time. I’m simply creating this directly on my website and posting it without much hesitation to put out this frequency into the Collective.

When we allow more freedom to come into our lives and more grace to ourselves, we also affect the energy of others seeking to enhance their own lives.

Anything is up for grabs when you’re creating for yourself: journaling, building Lego sets, painting chairs, aquascaping your nano tank, dancing … there are no limits when you don’t bog yourself down with details.

Allow your inner self to choose.
